Top-line: MISSING — Hermes is up, but the October 4 nightly producer/review artifacts do not exist. This does not mean an app build failed.
Changed apps: None; no commits in the October 3–4 review window across the four local repositories, including local branches.
Idle apps: Buildr+, Closr+, Inspectr+, DailyReportr+ by commit evidence. Local uncommitted work is not a nightly shipment.
• Commit/status: No review-window commit; checked-out b983e74 (September 19, project-card spacing). Nightly review unavailable.
• Analyzer/tests: Nightly before→after not measured; nightly tests unreported. Fresh flutter analyze --no-pub: 0 issues.
• Shipping: No October 4 nightly TestFlight upload or web deployment verified.
• Commit/status: No review-window commit; checked-out 0925b0b (September 21, iOS release-gate merge). Nightly review unavailable.
• Analyzer/tests: Nightly before→after not measured; nightly tests unreported. Fresh flutter analyze --no-pub: 0 issues.
• Shipping: No October 4 nightly TestFlight upload or web deployment verified.
• Commit/status: No review-window commit; checked-out 8145093 (September 21, Android sign-in merge). Nightly review unavailable.
• Analyzer/tests: Nightly before→after not measured; nightly tests unreported. Fresh flutter analyze --no-pub: 0 issues.
• Shipping: No October 4 nightly upload/deploy verified. Earlier replacement 5.0.1 (20260901143516) is recorded as VALID / IN_BETA_TESTING, not a new nightly build. Physical-iPhone purchase/restore → D1 paid authority → Projects → relaunch acceptance remains open; no App Review clearance.
• Commit/status: No review-window commit; checked-out af49e33 (August 11, media ownership). Nightly review unavailable.
• Analyzer/tests: Nightly before→after not measured; nightly tests unreported. Fresh flutter analyze --no-pub: 0 issues.
• Shipping: No October 4 nightly TestFlight upload or web deployment verified.
• Source: Fountainhead Nightly Build Review, logs/ellsworth/nightly-build-review/2026-10-04.html (missing); expected text and log are also absent. Contract state MISSING; last visible legacy review completed September 6. No nightly analyzer delta, tests or shipping may be inferred. Do not revive retired infrastructure to fill the gap.
• Yesterday's three proposed ideas failed the later afternoon verification: the Buildr+/Closr+ queue paths were dormant and the DailyReportr+ invalid-field jump was already shipped. Today's ideas below were checked against reachable UI/code instead.
The reachable RFI snapshot capture writes revision 0 when no drawing is linked, while its label presents that value as an actual revision; older records lacking a revision default to Rev. 1. Both manufacture plan provenance.
How: In the Flutter snapshot model and RFI capture/detail views, treat zero or missing revision as unknown and label it “Revision not linked”; keep real revision values unchanged. Add model/widget tests for unlinked, legacy missing and linked snapshots. Do not change the Cloudflare media transport.
The inspection-item drawing-reference widget hides both loading and API errors as an empty box, so a field user cannot distinguish a failed reference lookup from no references. This is a reachable UI defect, not a request for a second plan viewer.
How: Give the Flutter Riverpod reference card an explicit loading state and retryable error with a plain offline message; invalidate only its item-scoped provider on retry. Test success/empty/error/retry. Keep owner-scoped Cloudflare reference reads; do not ship ahead of the separate physical-iPhone paywall acceptance gate.
The manual report records activity, crew, quantity and photos but no sheet reference. An optional sheet number beside an activity gives an architect a precise plan context without turning a daily report into Buildr+'s drawing manager.
How: Add optional sheet-reference text to the existing Flutter activity JSON, render it in saved report and PDF, and offer the same field in the wizard. Preserve Cloudflare report-save compatibility by making the key optional; test old JSON, manual/wizard save and export. Do not promise plan synchronization.
• Procore — View Drawings, retrieved 2026-10-04.
Finding: Current Drawings is determined by uploaded revisions; All Sets and Revisions includes obsolete drawings, and the viewer permits stepping between older/newer revisions. A drawing's related tabs include Change History.
Implication: Buildr+ should mark an unlinked snapshot's revision as unknown, rather than invent Rev. 0 or Rev. 1 in an RFI evidence chain.

• Fieldwire — Blueprint App Made for the Jobsite, retrieved 2026-10-04.
Finding: Its plan workflow accepts multipage PDF or Box/Dropbox/OneDrive sets, extracts sheet numbers, flags conflicts, versions sheets and auto-links navigation callouts; mobile access can work offline.
Implication: DailyReportr+ should capture only a lightweight sheet reference on each activity; sheet versioning and external-plan sync are separate, larger Buildr+ territory.

• Bluebeam — Bluebeam on mobile Quick Start Guide, retrieved 2026-10-04.
Finding: Project users can make entire projects, folders or individual files available offline; changes stay pending until reconnection. Sessions expose a Pending Updates panel for unsynced markups.
Implication: Inspectr+ must not silently hide a failed drawing-reference read and imply there are no references; distinguish unavailable data from a genuinely empty list.
