The existing Procore punch import accumulates failed Cloudflare insert/update errors but still calls mark-synced. That can hide a failed closeout handoff behind a fresh timestamp; repair the receipt before extending integrations.
The Reports card converts any nonempty work-performed narrative into exactly one activity. It is a presence flag masquerading as a count, even when multiple work entries exist.
Inspection items already store sheet, detail, and specification references, but not the revision checked in the field. An optional revision label makes the existing reference useful when a newer sheet arrives, without building a competing plan viewer.
