Buildr+ can stand out if it spots schedule risk inside RFIs, submittals, and change items before the weekly meeting. Show when promised response dates keep slipping, who is holding the ball, and which workflows are becoming project drag.

💡 How: Store committed dates plus revision history in Supabase, compute drift in a SQL view, and surface a compact Flutter dashboard card with red/yellow trend chips and one-tap filters by responsible party.

Warranty Clock Starter Closr+

Closr+ should not stop at document collection, it should help after turnover too. When Leonard logs owner acceptance or substantial completion, auto-start warranty periods and queue reminders for expiring coverage so closeout data becomes a usable operations handoff.

💡 How: Add acceptance milestones and warranty duration fields in Supabase, generate reminder rows with an Edge Function, and show a Flutter timeline card grouped by trade, asset, or expiration window.
